Most Anticipated: Chainsaw Man without a shadow of a doubt
Runner-up: Mob Psycho 100 III, I might watch this show subbed for the first time thanks to Crunchyroll's anti-union stance.
Honourable mentions: Sequels in bold
Welcome to Demon School Iruma-kun, Season 1 was good, Season 2 was better, can't wait for the new season.
MHA, Gotta finish season 5 first.
Golden Kamuy, Can't wait for some more insane stuff.
Spy x Family, I wonder who will spawn more memes this time around.
Urusei Yatsura, step aside Zero Two, the OG "Darling" anime is back in a fresh new paint.
Reincarnated as a Sword
Shinobi no Ittoki
Akiba Maid War
Romantic Killer
Gundam: Witch From Mercury
My Master Has No Tail

Pop Team Epic 2. What can Aoki Jun cook up this time? Are there even enough VAs in the industry that haven't been a part of this yet? Will Hoshiiro Girldrop come back? The questions are endless

Mine is Bibliophile Princess. It looks like a sweet-natured fairy tale and I’m all about that. I’m also interested in I’m the Villainess, So I’m Taming the Final Boss (Episode 1 has already aired and is excellent), and My Master Has No Tail.

Most looking forward to Yama no Susume: Next Summit. It's my favorite anime, and I can't wait to get back into the series. Full length episodes for the first time is a huge plus. If they can keep the quality of the past seasons (and judging by the trailer, they will!), it's going to be a pleasure to watch.
Also interested in Do it Yourself, which looks like it could be more relaxing comfort food. Original anime is always welcome.
Aside from that, Mob, Spy Family, and MHA, but being sequels I feel I know what I'm in for. Been reading Chainsaw Man, and while good, I'm not sure if it's really my thing. Maybe seeing it animated will sway me.

Seems to be no love for Reincarnated as a Sword from the reviewers.
Well, Reincarnated as a Sword and The Eminence in Shadow are my must see's this Fall season, along with the second part of Spy X Family.
Will take a gander at Chainsaw Man, Urusei Yatsura, Gundam: Witch From Mercury, and Akiba Maid War.
Still have to finish many of the Spring and Summer season.

I am not really looking forward to anything in particular. I want the new Urusei Yatsura to be good and do well in terms of popularity. And I am not watching Chainsaw Man as a sort of protest towards Crunchyroll's shitty practices and MAPPA overworking their staff.

How did a show that by their own admission we know nothing about get picked twice?

If your thought process is to avoid watching certain series as protest against overworking, then you may as well not watch anything that isn't made by KyoAni or Ufotable.

Considering how I looked foward to Chainsawman since its official announcement 2 years ago, Chainsaw all the days. It helped too that Fujimoto wrote some impressive oneshots in the meantime. I even forgot about Mob and To Your Eternity.

Got a bunch I'm looking forward to!
Uzaki-chan S2
Love Flops
Bocchi the Rock!
Chainsaw Man
Akiba Maid War
More than a Married Couple But Not Lovers
Spy X Family
Urusei Yatsura
I'm the Villainess so I'm Taming the Final Boss
Amongst several others. Still not as heavy hitting as the last few seasons but still extremely good. I'm sad nobody else is talking about the new season of Uzaki-chan though.

I'll be watching Mob Psycho III, Chainsaw Man, Spy x Family, Pop Team Epic (S2).
I'd like to say I'm excited for the second season of To Your Eternity, but the production values in the previous season greatly hampered my enjoyment of the show. And judging by the trailer for season 2, it looks like things won't be getting better in that aspect anytime soon.

It's unfortunate that no one said anything about it but I'm quite excited for Arknights: Prelude to Dawn, the pvs look great and of course Yostar Pictures animation looks amazing, with Yuki Hayashi as composer, opening by ReoNa, and Yuki Watanabe as Director I'm certain it will be a great anime, one to break the curse of bad gacha adaptations. Hopefully someone picks it up for ep reviews, cause it's an underdog that will bulldoze its way through the competition

For me it's a tie between Iruma-kun S3 and Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. The former because I adore the manga and the show, and I know it's going to be something that brings a smile to my face. The latter because I really liked the prologue, I like the setting and everything else I've seen of it so far, and so I hope it's going to be a fun way to spend half an hour each week. (At the very least I hope it's going to make up for the terrible taste left by IBO...)
On the other end of the spectrum, the relentless hype for Chainsaw Man has been so annoying that at this point every bit of interest I'd had in it have evaporated, and I just wish fandom to get it over with asap. (I know it's not going to happen, but still.) Like, I was mildly interested in it, but then I just kept being bombarded with it, and then the hype went around and turned into anti-hype.
