I suppose too few remember the Heinlein juvenile The door into summer for there to be much confusion about the title.
ETA: Including me, if I remembered it as a juvenile (what we used to call YA) novel. |

Someone needs to tell Japanese title translators that "of Goodbye" sounds unnatural in English. If you have to translate "Sayonara" as a noun, at least use "of Farewell" instead.
