Hey, does anyone know about the "Berserk DVD Premium Collection Set (1-6) (Hyb)"
is it the art box with the same 6 dvds and cases inside as the seperate volumes? |

Yes, "Premium" just about always equals "fully boxed set with cases" when you're dealing with MB stuff. The "Complete Collection" for $80-something is the brick version. |

I'd figured I'd also ask about some items here instead of taking up space in the anime forum....I have a question regarding these different items. This and This VS This, That and also This. All the disc are from this series right? The three volume set is hybrid, yet the newer version have only subs. Is it because the Sub version are uncut? Or am I completely missing something here? Thanks

All the Teknoman stuff is cut and dub-only just like you saw on TV back in the day: edits for violence and nudity, changed names, dubbed music, sped up video, and minus 6 episodes.
The Tekkaman Blade sets are sub-only, but completely uncut and taken from the remastered laser discs. Teknoman by the way, did not get the video upgrade. It was "untouched" and left just the way Saban "adapted" it. Go for the Tekkaman Blade sets if you want to see the series in its entirety. |
