1.) It's a resin Statue.. which is pretty unusual anymore. most statues are PVC.
2.) Have you looked at statue prices the past few years. High end statues command a premium long gone are the days of $100 statues.
I like the style and design. I just don't care much for the character or the series.

Well hello there.
Also the music in those promo videos screams "We couldn't actually get the rights to use Bebop music so here's whatever vaguely-relevant royalty-free tracks we could find in 5 minutes."

Next time I rewatch this, I'm going to pay attention to how Faye moves her arms, it can't be easy with that wrapped around her like that.

Resin figures are way more fragile than PVC. I don't see how they could send this is the mail and have nothing get damaged.

Her clothes are so glossy. I never imagined her outfit being made of vinyl. Nice sculpt though. Though these are out of my price range, I was absurdly delighted to see the computer screen faithfully reproduced with its wanted list of pool cue designers.

I'd pay that if I really liked the figure in particular, and I'm not rich by any means. Insane, maybe, but not rich. The insane rich people are the ones buying the $30,000 1/1 Rem statue!

That price for that size statue is pretty reasonable.I have seen a lot 1/6 scale figures sell for 200 to 250 american dollars.
I would be more worried about how they would send it to you.UPS and FedEx(ups is way worse than fedex) are not the best handlers of packages.

UPS completely decimated (as in, ran over with a truck or something) a box of two brand new original P2 Female Corrin Amiibo I'd found at the Nintendo Store for MSRP and carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped home to myself because I was afraid I'd accidentally bend them on my flight. Years later, I'm still angry about it.

Even after all this time, they just can't seem to get faces down. What a shame.

The only First4Figures purchase I had was the Amaterasu pair, my friend and I split them. Both of ours came damaged with NO damage to the box (manufacturers defects) and I had to repair mine with glue (the sword will never light up again). And her next figure my friend ordered was also broken. As much as I love a good figure of a favorite character, I will not buy from them again, that's way too much money for something likely to arrive damaged.

I'm an avid figure collector, I basically get a package from amiami monthly. The majority of quality figures (1/7, 1/8 scale) are def around $100-150. 1/4 scale would probably be about $100 or so more than that, that's true, but almost $400 is def high and not close to the norm.
