This raises the question of whether this fish or Yamucha is more useful. DB-era Yamucha was but that was about it.

Promoting gambling for the one of the weakest Pokémon sure does raise red flags...
Then again, the Magikarp bag and the Shiny Magikarp cut-out are the more-desirable prizes one could get out of this lottery. At least Magikarp will be much more useful as storage for small items.
