I had no idea there was a production I.G store, but now I want to go almost as much as to a Pokemon Center or a the One Piece tower. I wonder if they have Moribito and Eden of the East goods, too...
It makes me happy that the Tachikoma still seem to reign supreme among all of their incarnations over the years. Keeps my hope alive for a new stand alone complex anime project someday. |

This is a pretty interesting idea as customer service. It can be functional while overcoming the uncanny valley problem with humanoid robots. I don't think people would have as much problem accepting interacting with a Tachikoma as they might with something like Asimo or Otonaroid (unless they're arachnophobic).
