where can i find the official official list of the top rated best omg it so great anime. i tried to look but i mostly get personal lists and crap. please help. thanks.

Top 2000 Best Anime, as rated by ANN users. If you're curious about why they're rated so high, make ONE thread for EACH title.
If you try to inquire on multiple titles, I'll interpret that as an all-out recommendation thread, which are still not "officially" allowed. However, I will allow single title threads for those who are really desperate (as a way to get around the system for the time being). But you better make a good opener. |
