does the manga for Love Hina end the same way as the anime, where in Love Hina Again they are finally together or does it go farther then that. i asked this question because i have never read the manga or have no clue where to look to read the manga.

Love Hina Again covers some of the events from the manga, but it wasn't the end. It covers volume 11 and 12 or something like that.
Honestly, I think you are better off reading the whole manga from the beginning as the TV series ending never happened in the manga and the manga explains the whole "childhood promise" better. I would recomend The Right Stuf to get the manga. Your local book store may have some of the volumes as well, but it will be tricky since its an older series.

I second Hitokiri, get the whole manga. While I really liked the anime I loved the manga. I found it funnier, sweeter, and a few scenes were downright sexy.

I "third" that sentiment. The anime is good, but the manga does everything the anime does BETTER. When it's funny, it's funnier; when it's dramatic, it hits much harder. The tone is a lot more similar to "Love Hina Again" than the TV series...much wackier and just plain fun.
There are quite a few stories that come off better in the manga than the anime, too....the Su transformation story being the first one that leaps to mind.
