Unable to submit pictures

Starting from at least 18 hours ago, I got a broken image icon (a red cross icon in MSIE and a broken picture icon in Firefox) whenever trying to submit a new picture or modify an existing one. I've cleared all cache and cookies of both browsers and even tried submitting pictures on other computers but with no success. Anyone experiencing a similar problem?
