the gray shirt looks cool and I like it more than the black one. Though for the price of $50 I expect the cotton fibers to be cultivated, harvested, and woven by the artists' own hands - especially Akira Toriyama and Eiichiro Oda.

Yeah, it could just be the image but the negative look of the black shirt dosen't look as good as the much clearer gray shirts.
Wait toriyama and Oda could knit?

nice shirts, although Toriko will never be as popular as One Piece or Dragon Ball.

I agree that the grey shirt looks more appealing.

I expect:
Quote: | "Nanotechnological" a T-shirt you can wear without worrying about stains. These T-shirts, which are also made to naturally breathe when worn, do not allow liquids to pass through their material. This means that if you spill something on a shirt from this collection, it simply runs off without leaving a stain behind. What's more, with their softness and breathability, these shirts are incredibly easy and comfortable to wear. |
The T-shirt of tomorrow today.

Let the Japanese JUMP fans be the judge of that.

Why so high a price for so little art work on a T-shirt?
one would expect color for that price.

I'm not particularly stalking sales charts but, given the amazing amount of publicity that WSJ gives Toriko, I'd expect it to sell a lot more than it actually does. I know it gets good scores in the weekly polls, but its overall sales afaik, are barely half of what Bleach sells these days (300k-ish for Toriko, 500K-ish for Bleach), let alone what it did back when it was on top; so it truly puzzles me that they're forcing Toriko as Bleach's replacement in the so-called Top 3 when it doesn't match it in sales by any stretch.
On that note, I find the way WSJ completely blindsided Bleach after it tanked in the Lost Agent arc to be really mean -for lack of a better word-, even for the manga business. They just kind of shoved Toriko as the new cool thing and Bleach has hardly gotten any color spreads or special merch/events since it's tenth aniversary. And for pete's sake, Bleach still doubles Toriko's sales so Idontfreakingetitbitterrantover

My love life kind of stinks right now, but I would give just about anything to be in a relationship with someone who actually shared the idea that something like that could really be considered couples wear after all.
