evreyone kept talking about an astroboy movie coiming out is it still being produced?

I think there is going to be one, I saw some posters for it in Japan. It was called "Astro Boy 2005", or something like that. Of course I couldn't read any of it, it was all in Japanese, but I was assuming it was an ad for the movie.
