The anime is giving a huge boost to the manga, I can see all volumes going past the million sales in no time.
The manga is awesome.
I will just cross my fingers Shingeki no Kyoujin is not ruined a la Claymore, just cut the anime at an appropriate point and leave it at that, thats the perfect course of action for this kind of cases.

Interesting how anime adaptations have an effect on comic sales. It's an obvious effect, of course, but to see it in action is pretty cool.

Not really, unlike them this was already popular. The first two volumes had sold over a million each prior to the anime which puts it in elite company.
