After rewatching End of Eva recently, I noticed that during the scenes where the spoiler[3rd Impact occurs, everyone is shown turning into LCL except for Asuka.] Could it be that they didn't show it because spoiler[she technically "died" before it happened? Or is another reason could be that it was to symbolize how she didn't want to merge with anyone else and just wanted to be herself?] What are your thoughts on this?
