Lately I've been trying to catch up on some manga by Viz's Shonen Jump. Now I want to know what you all think. Please answer the questions and if an answer is unavailable put NA.
1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
Feel free to copy and paste the questions.
1) I like Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach and Death Note.
2) My fave characters from Yu Yu Hakusho are Kurama, Hiei and I have a thing for Jin. From Rurouni Kenshin, Kenshin, Sanosuke, and Aoshi, from One Piece Luffy, Nami, Zoro; from Naruto, Kakashi , from Bleach Ichigo, Hitsugaya, Byakuya, and from Death Note, L. These are my top favortites.
3) I used to.
4) I think Viz is actually behind on Yu Yu Hakusho. I know the last volumes will be released soon, but I Yu Yu Hakusho should have ended awhile ago. Viz really took they're time on Yu Yu Hakusho.
5) I have one volume of D. Gray Man I plan to read and see if I like it, other than that, I have not read any newly released SJ titles.

Alright, I'll take a stab at it.
1)I like Naruto (interesting story and characters, action), Bleach (same reasons as Naruto + the cool factor), D. Gray Man (same reasons as Naruto + gothic coolness and not-as-loud lead),YuYu (Yusuke's da man), Hikaru no Go (mostly for the characters and drama), One Piece (epic story, fun characters), Death Note (what a twist!), HunterxHunter (love the characters, good mix of adventure and action, gotta read more of this), Claymore, and Tegami Bachi (more adventure-style, cool art).
2)I like Naruto and Ichigo's undying resolve. Allen Walker is more level-headed and pure-hearted. The Straw Hats are just fun to watch. Rock Lee is determination on a stick. Kurama is gentle and brutal. Light can get out of almost anything.
3)I do read SJ USA.
4)Seeing as how YuYu finished this issue and One Piece is getting an acceleration, I don't know.
5)I'm assuming you mean graphic novels. I collect Bleach, Claymore, and D. Gray-Man. I finished Death Note. My HxH collection has stalled (no one has vol. 7). Same for Hikaru no Go (can't even get vol. 1). I'm thinking about Shaman King.

1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
Oh geez, this could be a big list. Dragon Ball/Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, I"s, Rurouni Kenshin, um...Yu-Gi-Oh! to an extent I guess.
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
Hmm, just from the ones I listed before, I'd have to say Krillin, Hiei, Rock Lee, Kenpachi Zaraki, Monkey D. Luffy, Yasumasu Teratani, Yahiko Myojin, and Jounouchi...whatever his last name was.
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
Yup, I subscribe. I might drop it soon in favor of a different Christmas present though, I haven't decided yet.
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
Honestly, if anything the speedups have gotten out of hand IMO. Do we really need to be RIGHT on top of the Japanese chapters? That only makes volumes come out slower it seems like. Anyone who wanted to be right on top is reading scanlations anyway probably.
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
I look into most as I hear about them. I'm liking Tegami Bachi pretty well, and I'm loving Zetman (I think it's published in SJ in Japan anyway).

1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
I love pretty much everyone. The only ones i don't like are the erotic ones like strawberry 100%, umm somthing panic and i hate bobobobo if thats how you say it. I think they are great series. My favorite are the sports manga. I love Prince of tennis, Eyeshield 21, and Whistle.
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
My favorite are probably eiji from prince of tennis, luffy from one piece, and kurita from eyeshield 21
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
Of course who doesn't and i can't wait for toriko and bakuman
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?

I'm guessing you mean as far as volumes released for YYH right? It just finished in the magazine, as in no more of that manga, series is over. So in that way, they're hardly behind.

1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
LOL, if its as in "Favorite manga" its a though question, I have lots of manga I like a lot such as Dragon Ball, Houshin Engi, Slam Dunk, Saint Seiya and the actual series such as ONE PIECE, Naruto, BLEACH.
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
Goku, Taikoubou, Hanamichi and Shun.
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
Not so much lately, though I pick it every so often, maybe I will since the magazine is pretty near the japanese releases.
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
If you mean in the magazine, no. In volume releases then yeah, Ichigo 100% and REBORN! shouldn´t be quarterly...
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
No, I prefer to stick to the mangas I know have 100 or so chapters, then begin reading them, its just bad when a new manga ends prematurely, and JUMP tends to do it just too often...

1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
One Piece, Bleach, One Piece, Slam Dunk...did I mention One Piece?
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
Luffy...pretty much all the straw hat pirates.
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
No, not until they released the Impel Down arc in the new Shonen Jump.
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
Well, it was One Piece but
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
Only One Piece really. I'm not a real big fan of SJ titles because they tend to fall into the same routine (tournaments anyone?). Prior to this I had mainly read Dragon Ball Z, and Yu Yu Hakusho (briefly). I had started to read Bleach and Naruto, but it started to follow the same pattern. Then I read One Piece...and yeah you can tell what happened after that. I'm really looking for more series that don't follow the mold (or at least don't feel like they do) that SJ titles tend to go in.

Dragonball (not Z). That's it really. I find it fun and whimsical, or at least for the first 6 or 9 volumes. Then it turns into a repeating series of 'training period/ fighting tournaments' that continues on into Z and beyond over and over again. But the first few story arcs were very fun, when it was about searching for the Dragon Balls and having adventures. After the first time the Dragon Balls get collected 'between panels' the magic just ends.
I've never enjoyed a single other series out of Shonen Jump. They are all identical juvenile pap for kids.

Are you sure you've read enough SJ titles to make that statement? One Piece is kinda like Dragonball. Or how about Hikaru no Go? Eyeshield 21? Gintama is like an anti-SJ manga.
1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
-Saint Seiya, D. Gray-man, Gintama, Hikaru no Go, Hoshin Engi, Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Eyeshield 21, Dragonball (only the first part), Claymore, Death Note, Rurouni Kenshin
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
-Lavi (D. Gray-man), I think.
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
-Nope
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
-I read a lot of different series, so I don't mind being behind on some. Though I would appreciate it they'd bump up Hikaru no Go to six volumes a year..
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
-No, not really. I plan on sticking to what I know for now. There are a lot of non-SJ manga I'm collecting as well. I really like CMX's shoujo series en Viz Signature line.

1) What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
One Piece! I also used to really like Dragon Ball Z. I've enjoyed a few other series, but not like One Piece. The rest of them (that I've read/watched) are just so generic...
(I do not count Death Note, by the way. It was never a Shounen Jump manga in Japan that I know of.)
2) Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
Luffy, Usopp, Sanji, and Brook.
3) Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
I have a few volumes, but I'm more of an anime watcher.
4) Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
Well obviously they've been behind on One Piece, but they're fixing that.
5) Do you read any new SJ titles?
I don't know of any, but I suppose I get to see them when their anime comes around...

Well, sorry... Some of us like reading it the legal way. It's really awesome when the most recent manga chapters can be read legally.
I would REALLY love for VIZ to do that with Fullmetal Alchemist and Ouran High School Host Club.

1. What Shonen Jump manga do you like?
Rurouni Kenshin has always been my most favorite manga of all time, but I am also quite fond of The Prince of Tennis, Gintama, Gun Blaze West, and Mr. Fullswing. I'm also interested in reading more of One Piece and Eyeshield 21 when I find the time.
2. Who are your favorite characters from the SJ manga you like?
Far too many! But I suppose my top favorites are Mizuki Hajime (The Prince of Tennis), Okita Sougo (Gintama), and Makimachi Misao (Ruroni Kenshin).
3. Do you read Shonen Jump USA magazine?
I used to, but I stopped subscribing because I wasn't reading everything in the magazine anymore and felt that my money would be better spent on buying individual volumes of titles I like and titles that I'm interested in.
4. Do you feel Viz is behind on some series? Which ones (if any)?
I haven't been reading or buying much manga lately because school occupies most of my time, so I wouldn't notice.
5. Do you read any new SJ titles?
New titles in the Japanese magazine or in the English magazine? If it's in the English magazine, then sure, I might check out a newly licensed title or two if it's a series that I have been reading or have been interested in for a while. I'm also pretty open to looking at new titles in the Japanese magazine if I can find translations.

Really?
I must have got it confused with something else... Oh well, then I guess I have to include it as an exception to the more generic Shounen Jump titles.

I think you must have taken what I said the wrong way, that's not what I meant at all. I much prefer to actually have a volume in my hands too, and I do prefer supporting the industry. If I came off as some kind of cheapskate who only reads online, I didn't mean to.
I just don't like 30 volumes being chucked at me over such a short amount of time. I for one can't afford that many that fast, so it just puts me behind. That's all I meant.
