I didn't notice until I you asked but that's the way it should be. Definitely much faster. Hurray for Lind!

Oh yes, I can really feel the difference. It isn't up to level of a Bugatti Veyron, but it has gained a hundred BHP or so. Car metaphor for the win.

Aye! A whole lot better!
Guess it helped that the turtle were retired and replaced with a brand new pair of hamsters

Yes, It's much, much faster. It feels like the very first time I installed DSL from dial-up. Nothing but smooth anime sailing bliss from here on out.

ANN is still getting that new server early next year, aren't they? I thought Lind was just supposed to be a stop-gap.

Yep, seems a bit faster, though I'm already on "fast". Don't know if I should be noticing a difference in that case, though. Could be time of day. Happy to see the server got funded.

I notice that since Lind was activated and put online (cue Terminator theme music) the site has gone down at least twice for me, and for relatively long periods of time too. Teething problems?

Yeah, I'm registering a difference. Much rejoicing.

Congratulations on the introduction of the new server named Lind.
I'm very glad ANN took the approach to allow fans to connect with the site to help keep ANN as the leader in anime information.
The site's improvement is very noticeable and it's nice. Now, those pesky Encyclopedia searches won't be so much as a bother as I wait for the list to show up.
Now, how about those special titles?
I'm not serious, of course, because the speed definitely outweighs the title.
Heh, now it's time to test the speed... bwaa haa haa!

You guys still having trouble with the new server? I couldn't enter ANN half hour ago.
But yeah, it does feel faster now.
