*swells with Canadian pride*

It would be great if Avril got a cameo in the One Piece dub. She did a voice for the animated film, Over the Hedge, and sounded really cute.

Ugh... I really... Ugh... I really don't like her music... But if Oda seriously wanted that to happen and he likes her music then I'll just assume it'll be good...

I'm a little more curious if they will be original songs or covers of two other songs with the same names (How You Remind Me by Nickelback and Bad Reputation by Joan Jett). Either way, this is still really cool, and being an Avril Lavigne fan myself, I can't wait to hear her new songs.

they always hire well known artists on op movie themes, this is the first time for a foreign artist, didn't know Oda's a fan of Avril, and Avril being a fan of op

Oda:I'll help you with your movie,if you can hire this certain artist for the theme song.

Ooooo, if it is the Nickelback song then that's even MORE Canadian musical content in the OP film. Maybe they should change the title to, "One Piece Film Z, Eh?"

I certainly don't want to be quartered for saying this, but I'll take Avril Lavigne as at least she is a fan of the series.

Whoa. Did not see this coming at all. Shocked

And she's a One Piece fan?
She's definitely cool in my book now.

She mentioned that she likes manga and anime a long time ago. She didn't list One Piece specifically, but they did do an OEL manga with her at once point. It's not that surprising, but... hey. I like her music. Not that I've heard it at all lately, but it should be neat.
