While I'm pretty sure recommendation threads are against the rules, I'd suggest, Hayate no Gotoku, Shakugan no Shana and Zero no Tsukaima. While all three have been made into anime that goes beyond the material in the manga, I personally enjoyed reading the manga more than I did watching the anime, I'm not sure if that's because it's better drawn or the writing is different but as far as I'm concerned the manga versions of these series are more enjoyable, more so with the first two than with the last one.

I'm not sure if the no recommendations rule is for the manga forum. I think that rule was put in when there was basically a flood of recommendation threads in the anime forum, where people were basically just making one line posts, which were against the rules anyways.

Anyhow, based on what you're interested in, and what you've read, I'll suggest Negima, and Bleach.

Negima is another manga by Ken Akamatsu, who did Love Hina, and it's about a young wizard who's sent to teach English at a school in Japan. There's not too much action at the start, but it builds up quite a bit. It more or less fills out all of your other preferences as well. The only thing I'd say against it is that it's pretty "ecchi", so if you're opposed to that you might want to avoid it, although I don't see why you'd like Love Hina all that much if you were opposed to it. I guess the characters in Negima are younger than they are in Love Hina though. manga#2891

You probably already know what Bleach is about, and you might have read some of it, since some of the titles you have listed there are also from the Shonen Jump line, and they have some similarities. But anyways, manga#2468, gives a summary.

Personally I'd recommend Vagabond, if you're looking for an action title, which is based on the Musashi novels. There are some differences, such as some of the events in the novel not happening in the manga (or happening differently), and a few characters personalities are different, but that doesn't detract from the experience. The artwork in Vagabond is excellent, the characters are interesting, and there's a really good flow to the motion. manga#1595

Video Girl AI is great, with romance, fantasy (well science fiction, I guess), and a bit of school life.

I also second Negima, especially since you liked Love Hina.

It's about a high schooler (Yota) who has unrequitted love for a girl and ends up going into a video store, where he rents a video. He is unaware that the girls in the videos come to life from the television set. He plays the video on a broken VCR and the video girl comes out flawed (she can feel emotion etc). The rest of the story revolves around Yota, AI (the video girl), various girls from his school, and the creators of the Video Girls.

Basically it has a lot of comedy initially but it is infused with a lot of drama and human emotion.

Change 123, it has action, comedy, school life and romance, Although it should be noted there is a liberal amount of fan service, but not overwhelming most of the time.
