I'm no card collecting whiz, but wouldn't this lower the value of the 1988-1990 card set? o__O

Although I may not be a expert on collection cards, I do a have a little experience with card collecting. To answer your question, yes and no. I say no because there is some collectors that really want the first product. I would say yes because the new cards will most likely will be cheaper.

Surprizingly, there is probably more postives than negatives. Of course, there are regular collectors and fans of this show who are elated to have anything Dragon Ball related. Since I don't have a actual clue of the value of this cards, I can only imagine the overall price not to drop too much.

Overall though, this is great news for Dragon Ball fans though.

Well, that's cool, they'll probably do fairly well. it's amazing thinking about how much profit the companies make with cards like this, I mean, they're next to worthless from a production standpoint.

Now, if only I could sell my 4000 (US) dbz ccg cards.

The company collectively sold billions of cards. Wonder if Dragon Ball Z could've sold over a billion.

Truthfully, I do hope Hollywood somehow doesn't make this movie horriable, but after seeing Picolo look like a rejected version of the Green Goblin, I already know the outcome.

This is a bit of a sore subject for a long time fan of Dragon Ball like myself, like others, I grew up with Dragon Ball.

I feel like the existence of Dragonball (or at the very least, DBZ) ruined a certain aspect of my childhood, so maybe this movie will be a nice turn-about as far as I'm concerned. Razz

Holy crap, that was a lot of cards sold back in the day. Shocked
