I'm going to assume that the episodes are uncut, because if they're not, then it's not worth it.

IT's free, what more do you want? If you want uncut rave master, go read the manga.

Considering that Tokyopop is releasing the DVDs edited and dub only, it's a fairly good chance that they'll be exactly what you see on Toonami sans commercials.
