For a while T.M. Revolution's "Vestige" was stuck in my head but as of right now it'd have to be "D-Tecnolife" by UVERworld. There are a couple of other songs like "Link" by L'Arc~en~Ciel. That's been in my head since I watched the FMA movie and hasn't left Very Happy

Hehe, let's just say there's certain people who i hope never see a certain playlist on my iPod. Some of the songs include Tank and the Chobits Embarassed theme.

Also included on it are my three favs so far (I haven't watched much anime)
1)A Cruel Angel's Thesis- I can listen to this many times a day Very Happy Also hold some emotional impact despite my limited foray into NGE.
2)Ai (Chuuseishin) I like the song as much as I like Excel saga
3)Soramimi Cake Being an often moping teenager I enjoy this as a way of putting a smile on my face Very Happy

Nanatsu no Umi wo Wataru Kaze no You ni, the theme for Detective Conan's 11th movie

This song has been stuck in my head ever since I first listened to it...despite the fact that the movie has not yet been released...

Not anime, but Haru by KOTOKO. There's just something about a verse in one key, a bridge in another, and the chorus in yet another that I really like, and KOTOKO's great voice and the heavy synthetic-ness of the arrangement makes this a song that easily stays inside your head.

Also, Inspire by Ayumi Hamasaki, also helps that I really liked the music video.
