While that is a fair number, keep in mind that it's 4 months old. Their ratings could've plummetted since then. I, for one, have stopped using Toonami Jetstream. I followed Hikaru no Go exclusively on Jetstream, but I needed more of it, so.... I "resorted" to other means in order to get my fix of HnG. MAR, to me, was subpar and extremely cliched. Prince of Tennis, I never got a chance to give it a fair shot, so I'll watch it on Toonami. Samurai Jack... priceless childhood memories.

Or they could've risen. I mean, if we're speculating here.

They wouldn't put the shows on the air if they weren't drawing people in online.

Or maybe putting it on the air is an attempt to boost their ratings by drawing in more people to watch the show online?

But, as you said, we're just speculating. However, I expect to see numerous advertisements for Toonami Jetstream while these two shows are being broadcasted on CN.

I still hate them for not making Jetsream Mac-compatible, but I probably wouldn't have watched it that much anyway.

Why would they put a show on TV to get people to watch it online? Television broadcasts take priority over online streaming. Now both shows will get promoted on-air and the like, to a much larger viewing audience.

I'm interested in checking out Prince of Tennis. at first glance, I think I would have no interest in an anime about tennis, but then I remember that I loved Yakitate! Japan, a show about bakers. Laughing

I haven't seen the MAR and Prince Of Tennis Dubs, as JetStream is USAlone. So the rest of the world is lost. I Understand there are alternate ways to watch the Dubs but I'd rather keep it legal and wait for a TV Run/DVD Release in Canada.
