ANN's habit of truncating the titles of news articles really caused me to be thrown for a loop. I thought it was going to be "Indecent Exposure". Which it was, in a way. But really, he doesn't deserve this. He posted them on his own blog. It was his own body parts; as in, he didn't surreptitiously film someone else. And it was for art, not for anything pornographic. The only thing he is guilty of in my opinion is tattooing his genitals, which makes me wince whenever I think of it. However, it is his body, so I can't complain.

Keep in mind, law is law weather you agree or not. In Japan this is illegal without permission and meeting the right conditions. |

Oh sure, it's his body and his blog. But it's also the internet, where anyone can see it. Did it have any safety blocking, though? I mean, if you're the voice actor in the most popular series for kids ages 12-15, posting pictures of your genitals is probably one of the dumbest things you could do.

Maybe if he had used the black censoring bar he would have been immune, simply because he could easily refer in his defence to the widespread and tolerated use of it in Hentai.
The conditions suck, and I'm sure he didn't have to ask himself permission to post pictures of his own body onto his own blog. |

I watched the photos and they weren't "indecent", just weird (I found them hilarious, personally). Nudity by itself in private spaces shouldn't be considered indecent. -__-'
Some laws doesn't make much sense, but maybe he had to put some warnings on his blog or stuff like that... |
