Does it have an anime version of Steve Carrell? Hey, I'd check it out-for "research" purposes of course.

If sales are determined by the relevance of subject matter to the intended buyer, this will be the highest selling anime ever.
But all kidding aside, aside from having the lowest birth rate in the world, the Japanese just don't seem to be having much sex. Single Japanese men in particular have very little sex. Low-income bachelors victims of widening 'sex gap' No sex please — we're Japanese
Sounds like Saturday night is free. I can only imagine the numbers amongst are otaku are worse, though if you're of the "3d pig disgusting" persuasion I'm sure you won't mind. |

I wonder how they will treat this... I utterly hate the word "virgin," as its a value-laden term that either confers some sort of special status as "pure" or labels you a maladjusted loser. Not to mention that the definition varies radically from culture to culture or person to person and often has had sexist connotations, at least in the west, where "virgin" meant "unmarried woman." Oh, and some people are asexual. Let's not forget that.
/end rant But if they handle it 40 Year Old Virgin style? That could possibly be funny. I also expect a link to this to be up at the A Man Is Not a Virgin page on tvtropes any day now... |

Develop a good sense of humor, practice good hygiene, and have respect for women. Getting a stable job doesn't hurt either, especially in this economy. After that, it's just a matter of meeting women. I recommend book groups. |

Biggest problem is the locating women part. Might have to try leaving my apartment for that, but man, that's a scary prospect. Also, hard to find something to talk about with most women because the only things I really have to converse about are computers, videogames, and japan. America (or my part at least) seems to be incredibly lacking in females with those interests! |

hey dude don't worry about that. Women are too much of a hassle. My ex for one thing got pregnant off her ex and said she still loved him but loved me too and wouldn't choose either one of us, so I never had her full attention, she had a friend of hers talk to me to see if I would cheat on her or not, I failed, and she must've been talking all crazy crap like offing herself, i for one think that if people act like that, then most probably do too. I don't wanna get married or have kids, but if you're a hot lady looking for some nsa, hell yes i'm down. I'm not even 25 -Until the 24th, anyway-, and that one relationship from the net from hell just isn't worth me trying again. I guess there could be someone, but I don't care enough about crap to want to look for anybody. So suck on my middle digits all you idiots who want me to be stressed out. I'll take the things that don't let me down, Like my mom, anime, and games, and stay with that, I'll get a job somewhere, but don't think I'm gonna look for love because if it's not the hot and steamy kind, I'm not for it, I'm not the right kind of guy for marraige and kids, not that i'm a player, but I'm not ever intending on dealing with the stress and bullcrap everyone else my age or younger or older go through. And if you think that I'm being immature, well screw you dude and/or dudette, I'm sticking what I believe in, which is an uncompromising peaceful even if somewhat boring exisitance, and that resolve is what it really means to be a man, or an adult, for that matter.

I am definitely not the target audience for this, but I'm kind of interested. Maybe this will end up being something actually funny and endearing...?

Sounds like both men and women are at fault; men need to accept women's newfound independence and help out with housework/child-rearing, and women need to accept that it's no longer possible for men to take care of everything financially.
Despite new social trends, the ideal situation is that Japanese men still want a stay at home wife, and Japanese women still want the man to take care of them financially. It's hard to change such an old tradition. |

This is a pretty cleverly structured troll post, but the second sentence gives you away. You get an A for effort anyway. |
