Recently, I recorded a podcast with some friends about the previous decade, and what we wanted to see in this one. An anime adaptation of this was pretty much the first thing on the list.
So yeah, I'm stoked. Love this manga.

This even sounds like something that could break into mainstream, depending how the anime is made.

This is an interesting title.
On another note, I knew the art looked familiar. Didn't know that 'DAW' worked on this. Now I know he has a name.

The premise of this sounds like Left 4 Dead. Then again, it sounds like almost every zombie apocalypse movie out there.
Still, I would not mind if the anime and manga was licensed here. I like the art style from a few images of the manga I have seen.

This is day making fantastic news. I love this manga and was always curious how an anime of this would look.

Sighs... I can already see it... Massive boobs flying everywhere... I mean, can't they tone it done a bit?
Expect to see tons of overdramatic meledrama and bloodbath love triangle...
If the author toned down his massive b00b fetish, refined the characters, and built a sound development structure, it could've been a superb manga.
But hey! I love zombies, so all is forgiven.

Whyfore you want the creators to defile the original artistic vision?

Great news. HOTD is definitely among the most entertaining spins on the modern zombie-tale (you know; zombies tearing down the sociopolitical structures of the world, forcing our heroes to take shelter in shopping-malls etc.) I've seen over the past years.

The only things I've seen of the manga-ka's previous works have been hentai-doujinshi so I guess it can't be helped. Bring it on I say.
