The manga magazines and the manga published in a magazine that is aimed for a general audience considered shounen?

for example a magazine that publishes a reverse harem manga and a ecchi manga at the same time.

Jump Square, one of it's manga,Matsuri Special has two bishounens fighting about the heroine,but it is about sports..

I think Newtype does not care if he content of their manga is either shounen or shoujo but the manga published they are considered shounen regardless of content.

I have yet to hear a manga magazine that features shojo smut and ecchi at the same time....
