Hi, I'm really into Bebops music and have all the albums from the series, my personal favourite being "Blue" and would like to hear more music that sounds similar.

So really I'm asking everyone out there if they can recommend to me anything that sounds like the album "Blue" or the band "Seatbelts".

Big thanks in advance.

Ooh. Well, as far as anime soundtracks go, you could try Yoko Kanno's stuff. She wrote the music for Bebop, as well as Macross, Vision of Escaflowne, and of course, Ghost in the Shell. The soundtrack for Wolf's Rain, which I have (both of 'em) is especially great, and has many mellow-rock-esque songs like "Blue," so you could look that up.

As far as rock groups go that sound like the Seatbelts...I haven't been around the block much with that, I'm afraid, so ask someone else, but the use of rock in FLCL rings similar to me, so check out FLCL and its soundtrack if you'd like.

Cowboy Bebop takes a lot of its influence from blues, jazz, and funk music as well as light rock. Look to those genres in particular, and their greats.

Well, her Darker than Black OST skews heavily towards jazz, and you get more Mai Yamane and Steve Conte. It's not quite as diverse and less genre-bending than her work for Cowboy Bebop, but is still quite enjoyable.

Also, this is worth looking at for a starting point to see where kanno gets some of her inspirations from:

I don't think Yoko Kanno's work would be as unique if she did the same type of music for every score she does. Yuki Kajiura, in comparison, is a good composer, but all her work is relatively similar. Part of what makes Kanno such a great artist is her range. If every one of her soundtracks were like Cowboy Bebop's, it would take away somewhat from that one.

As far as jazzy soundtracks, I've heard some tracks for Solty Rei are jazzy.
