IGLOO's CG was impressive, and the fictional technologies quite interesting to a sci-fi geek like me, but all the characters were terribly unsympathetic and it dripped with dreadful military sentimentalism. I was really disappointed. Hopefully, this one will be more down-to-Earth.
Judging from the picture included with the item, this thing will be about infantry? That sounds pretty interesting. I'm glad it's continuing the concept from IGLOO of not focusing on the usual giant robots. I'd really like to see a wider, less romanticized view on a robot war, like how Battletech (R.I.P.) was.

Wasn't this essentially covered in 08th MS Team? Tho' I am thrilled about any return to the UC universe.

Interesting. I didn't get to see the other versions but I think I'll have to make an effort to check this out if it is ever released or translated by a group. Makes sense it would be about infantry or regular troops since the Federation didn't get mobile suits until towards the end of the war and before that were just the Gundam prototypes.
What I wonder is how much time will this new project cover? I hope we get to see things like the fall of California Base and things like that. Or maybe the fallout of Operation British from a Earth point of view. If they do get into the creation of the Gundam perhaps we might see Amuro's father make an appearance.

Seeing as how the fist Psyco Gundam wouldn't even exist yet that's not much of a possibility.

There are only two Psyco Gundams that are recognized as cannon in the UC Universe, and both were introduced in Zeta Gundam. I'm not sure which manga or dojinshi the Mk 4 is from, but it is not recognized in the 2006 MS Encyclopedia, and even if it were it would probably not predate 0087.

There is Psycho Gundam Mk 3 with Valdor Parkill as the pilot in Gundam Battle Assault game for PS1 and for the GBA 2 the pilot changed into Ulube. I don't know where Ulube come from but Valdor Parkill ceme from Gundam Wing G Unit manga.
I would also like to see all the Gundam in Gundam Wing G Unit including Hydra Gundam to come out aswell.
