hey i love heavy metal and j-rock.does anybody know of some j-metal.

Well, I don't know if that's really what you're looking for, (it certainly doesn't sound anything like heavy metal or j-rock) but when I think Japan and metal, I think Sigh. They play avant-garde, (though they use to make black/trash) they're both one of my favorite Japanese band and one of my favorite metal band. Definitively unique, check their MySpace if you are interested.

Unfortunately you're going to need to define things a bit better. What do you like? What don't you like? Metal is a pretty varied genre and it would help people to know what types you do and don't like. Resulting listing in response doesn't help, and you also don't need to respond with a "thanks" or anything after every reply you get, that just creates clutter.
