Wow, this is probably going to be funnier that the anime. That said, I've been spoiled, I mean... there's a shark with legs.

Guess they just couldn't leave a good thing alone. These dumb and incompetent live action adaptations suck on both sides of the pond. They're exceptions (usually the drama variety), but this ain't one of them. Sigh.

What are you talking about? This and the anime both capture the chaotic and cathartic energy of the manga, from what I've read at least, very well. Plus the live-action film was announced first, before the anime.
