Oh wow! First Healin Good, and now A La Mode?! What's next, the original series and Heartcatch?!
If they can get the rest of the franchise, I'm all for it, because for all its problems, it still deserves more love than it gets!! |

If you want the original precure then search the magical girls category. There seems to be N issue when doing a standard search using precure as the word. |

I know they technically already have the first series, but the video quality isn't great, and the big yellow subtitles look like they were ripped off an old VHS tape. I mean they should re-release that one with good video and subtitle quality this time around. |

This is fantastic! Now if only there could be a faithful English dub.

Awesome! Definitely wanna see more Pretty Cure. Wish episodes 1-12 for Healin' Good was actually available. Did they ever explain why they only have 13 and up in terms of episodes?

I wonder if it's actually possible now because Crunchyroll did this with Air Master a few months back when they got rights for that show in Europe so the old English-hardsubbed masters Toei gave them over 10 years ago were replaced here by new video with softsubs in English, Castilian Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian & German (with the latter three only available in their respective countries). |

A new remastered stream of Futari wa would be nice but I would also love to see them stream Max Heart as we never got the sequel series in any form in NA and the Ocean dub only covered the first series. It's still weird to think we now live in a world where we have three Precure shows streaming subbed and I hope this can lead to more. Maybe faithful English dubs and a home video release too? After Max Heart I would love to see Hugtto and HeartCatch streaming.

Good news about the Kira Kira subs: https://twitter.com/Gshock99/status/1297992855265320960
They were done by Crunchyroll themselves, so we're not stuck with Toei sub quality ("Rascal, Sailor Mars!", "Lady Rate", etc.) for it. As far as the next series to get subbed goes, I'd love to see Smile or Doki Doki so we have a legal alternative to Glitter Force. But if that's out of the question due to Hasbro, I'm hoping for Max Heart (with a remastered Futari Wa stream) and Heartcatch. Go! Princess or Hugtto would be nice as well. |

Translation Check does not exactly mean Translation, for all we know they just cleaned up Toei's sub script like whoever it was that later did for Sailor Moon Crystal seasons 1-2 on Crunchyroll ("Rascal, Sailor Mars", replaced to "Curse You, Sailor Mars" which Viz also went with for their disc subs, "She's the terrible ringleader" released with "It's her, she's the one behind all of this" which Viz only used part of, "Bleaugh" replaced with "Bleh" while Viz replaced it with "Yuck!"). |

Regarding "Rate" (ラテ), we believe it's likely due to coming from the word "Terra" (so the katakana is reversed), and likely a name that could be read either was as sorta a pun. Given the "Earth" and "Healing" motif, this may have been the intended meaning. There are some issues with the simulcast subs, for sure, but I believe this isn't one of them. Figured it'd be worth pointing out. |

They really went the extra mile if that's all they did. I've heard fans say the subs have a lot more personality than Toei's usual translations, with every Cure having a distinct way of talking and things like that.
Oh, thanks for that. Rate wasn't enough to keep me from watching the subs but it's nice to know it's not as big of a deal as some fans made it out to be. Shame the pun doesn't carry over well. |
