And you're telling me this is not an isekai parody?

Parody imply that it's actually making fun of isekai in general, which is not the case here. And this is literally just your typical isekai fiction, but with the BL twist.

If the the "marry royalty and bear/father children" gimmick as the main reason for being summoned is common in isekai then such stories have rarely made it to English. The only one I can think of which is pure to that concept is The Ideal Sponger's Life (a series I recommend and which needs to be animated, BTW), though I guess Conception kinda-sorta qualifies.
