I've read the manga and nothing from the Boruto anime that has aired this year was from the manga.

Boruto is a terrible spinoff, though. I liked Naruto, but the last chapter and the movie were basically Kishimoto phoning it in to allow him to move on while giving the editors a way to milk the franchise more. It is kind of sad, but not surprising, as SP sure did love to make filler for Naruto.
