I found out about her through animax-asia forums so I decided to check her out. She's quite talented, I heard she writes her own music, but I only like her upbeat songs (How Crazy and Che.r.ry). Her slower songs are too depressing for me. Anyway, anyone recommend some YUI songs, preferably upbeat and happy? She has such a cute, tiny voice that should be used to sing happy songs.

I'm totally in love with the song Rolling Star (either an opening or an ending for Bleach, I can't remember). It's pretty upbeat and very energetic, so I suggest you check it out if you haven't already^^

Yeah I saw that one too. She had a nice video for it. I also heard Tokyo, but it was really depressing. |

Yes, Rolling Star is nice.. but you should not confine yuor music with those of YUI only. Try other songs; since she's that popular, you'll eventually stumble with one of hers. |

I like Yui's songs! She is very talented and I like her voice. My favorites are Tomorrow's way and Life.

I've heard the Rolling star and seen the video of it. Although this was the only song of Yui that I've heard, I can say that she really is talented and she has a really nice voice. I guess I should listen to more of her songs.

YUI...hmm, she's kind of a mixed bag for me. I enjoyed her songs for Bleach (Life, Rolling Star), as well as C.herry, and she does have a nice voice...but after a while, her songs kind've get boring. For a while, I was really into her music, but soon, it started to get redundant and uninteresting. I dunno, maybe I'm just not a fan of all the ballads she's doing these days. I agree that she's more suited for energetic songs.

Well, Yui is very talented, especially since her hit on Bleach's 5th OP? (Correct me if im wrong, my heads kinda messed up atm)
Her popularity was on a great rise, I hope to hear some more songs from her tho |

Absolutely correct. Rolling Star is Bleach OP05. I love YUI! Rolling Star is on my list of favorites for sure! Besides being a great songstress, she's also cute .
