Looks interesting. The artwork looks similar to what I had expected.

Speaking of Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer, I really hope that gets an anime someday too. Long overdue.

This over Hoshi no Samidare? I know Japan can be very unpredictable in their decisions, but seriously... this is criminal.

Hoshi no Samidare deserves an anime adaptation!

Cool! That headline is a total disaster zone, though.

That headline was hilarious before the fix.

While I definitely think Hoshi no Samidare deserves an anime I don't think you should knock this until you've watched it first. It seems to be a project that the author is very dedicated and passionate about, if details like 4 years and 1074 manga storyboard pages are anything to go by. I say this simply because I think if you're a fan of Hoshi no Samidare it's only respectful to believe in the author and his newest work, hopefully he's making something awesome that fans of his previous works(s) will also love.

It's on the Anime-Japan 2018 voting list https://www.anime-japan.jp/main/ajranking/anime_manga/form/

As a massive Biscuit Hammer fan, and as someone who is currently enjoying Spirit Circle, I'll definitely be checking this out.

Man, you can't scare me with a headline like that! I thought we were finally getting a Biscuit Hammer anime and I almost shit my pants!

That being said, I'm a huge fan Mizukami's works so I'll absolutely be checking this one out.

Oooh, I am excite! I hope that Seven Seas will license this manga, too! I enjoyed Lucifer, but I think I'm honestly liking Spirit Circle even more (it could simply be in large part that Spirit Circle is using tropes I generally really really like, so just personal preference here).

Damn, 2018 anime, you have struck again!

So the big question: Will they get the Pillows to do the theme?

Same. Spirit Circle was absolutely amazing and it needs an anime so badly!!

I am looking forward to this though. It's about time Mizukami got an anime for one of his works.

He spent four years working on this, more than a thousand pages, and only revealed this now? ...Man, that's some patience.

If this does well, it just increases the chances of the long-awaited Biscuit Hammer anime becoming a reality.

But also, this looks really fun in its own right. I'm down.

Count me in as another Biscuit Hammer fan! Lots of "older" manga series get anime, so I haven't given up hope.

Definitely looking forward to this, too!
