I haven't bought it yet, but that kinda sucks especially with how good the previous volume was. Despite the flaws mentioned, it still sounds like it will be a fun volume regardless, besides I've heard(from people here as well as other places) that volume 16 is when it gets really good, so I'm looking forward to that.

With all due respect to the reviewer, I think Tsubasa is a title that yields itself *very poorly* to volume-by-volume reviews. Fifteen in, a single one is not going to turn anyone off to the whole, and at the same time, while this individual volume may seem weak, there is a distinct possibility that a few months from now, in retrospect, this volume will seem absolutely crucial to the overall story...

I will say one thing.
Volume 16
It will change the entire series for people reading who feel the series has become very repetitive.
It will give all manga readers a reason to read Tsubasa.

Personally, I loved this volume. Yes, it's slow-building, but trust me, this is definitely going somewhere! This world is very, VERY important to the series overall.

Oy! It makes me wonder how Production I.G.'s adaption is going to be like in the near future. Hopefully, it'll be better paced than the manga, right?

Tokyo Arc ends in volume 18 so there is material for 3 episodes.

Wait to the reviewer in deffense of volume 15. This was a great volume. Well IMO of course. The world itself may not be amazing, but the characters and some key points in this volume was pretty good. This volume has made me more curious about Fai and given me more reason to pounder Syorans double. Not that it hasnent had a clowd of mystery behind him before. This so far is my favorite arc so far in the story.

Um well volume 15 is only the beginning of the tokyo arc, and the characters that are introduced such as Kamui and Fuuma DO get an interesting Tsubasa specific storyline. One can't expect everything to be laid out on the table straight away all the time, especially in a manga of this length. Personally, this arc (tokyo) is my favorite in the manga for various reasons. It develops some very important things for the rest of the story over the volumes it covers.

Good point. I think making theories such as what Fei Wong Reed wishes for? What Yuuko wishes for? Why Seishiro pursues Subaru and Kamui? It is something that makes it more interesting and I liked that Fay was surrounded with mystery. Now I slightly miss time when Fay was shrouded in mystery. If I know everything from the beginning than it is not interesting for me anymore. I like stories like Tsubasa more I mean those that start slow but become better later on, than those like for example Bleach that start good but with time are more and more boring.

I couldn't agree less, I liked this volume alot. I have read forth to volume 22(which is how much has been realesed in Japan) and one of the "facts" that the writer of the review has written is completly wrong.
The thing about Syaoran's evil twin, he is not evil! You may think so in the beginning but after one or maybe two volumes have been realesed I think she/he should change that
I am a big trc fan, and the tokyo arc is the most dramatic in the series so I definently not think that it's wrong with a "easy start" of it all, though I personnaly think this volume is as intruging as anyone of the other volumes.

I'm wondering how you could think such a thing.
Do explain.

I also thought why the writer of the review has written evil Syaoran as far as I remember to volume 15 r!Syaoran hasn't done anything besides being in the bottle and going to c!Syaoran
