Yusaku's VR look looks like Yugo. And his ace looks like Elemental HERO Sparkman with a bit of Buster Blader.

The face of “Decode Talker" kind of reminds me of Junk Warrior's face.

I don't like Yusaku's VR form as much, but his ace is cool. The Virtual Reality concept has a lot of potential if done right. And I'm sure hoverboard dueling will be as ridiculous and awesome as card games on motorcycles was. Laughing

Hopefully Crunchyroll will be able to simulcast this series.

I bet VRAINS will have a manga adaptation and Viz will license it simultaneously in Jump for all the subscribers that aren't asking for another Yu-Gi-Oh spinoff in there.

I'm sure you're right, but it'll be a while at least. Spinoff mangas tend to start a year or two after the anime, to give the previous series manga time to end. So I'm not expecting a VRAINS manga until Arc-V's manga ends.

"Yūsaku hates standing out, and at his school he doesn't."

His classmates must have hairstyles that're at least five different colors each.

Hasn't stopped them from subbing the other series on Crunchyroll. The fact they've started subbing Arc-V before its finished in Japan makes me think they're testing the waters for a simulcast.
