Very cool. I'll never be rich enough to actually own a physical copy thanks to PonyCan USA's "worse than AoA" pricing scheme, but oh well.

With recent announcements of 2017 shows set to air on the Fall Season, let's just add this one as well.

So... is Earth and all of humanity still going to be reduced to a single Japanese city floating in nothingness that's on fire? Oh, a prequel? At first...
Hmm, I don't know if I'm more "And?" or "So?" as it's that girl as the main character and now I'm immediately thinking about the second season of Railgun and its Sisters arc.
Maybe I'm more "Why?" but that was my reaction to the first season.

This series looked like another Madoka ripoff at first but thankfully, it became an entity on its own. So happy for this to get S2.

Knowing what's become of Sonoko in Yuyuyu, are we really prepared for what's coming? i.e., seeing her perform the Sange 20 times? It was hard enough seeing what Karin lost after doing it five times. And this is what's left of Sonoko in Yuyuyu:

You can see the situation of the world in the S2 poster.
The prequel that is being adapted is set not too far apart from the show (it was actually released before the anime started) and so the world is in the same situation.
There is a second, more recent, prequel LN however, and in that one the world is still intact.

Seems like BUNBUN is getting more work. When can we expect Legion Chronicles? :3

It took a while for an announcement, but I'm glad to see this! The prequel part sounds interesting, but I'm more wary to the six or so episodes in the second half that will apparently be a sequel. I enjoyed YuYuYu, but I also felt that the story concluded just fine. There really wasn't much need for a sequel, imo, but I'll wait and see what they do!

Very excited that Season 2 of YuYuYu is happening! I'm also thrilled that the prequel is being included.
