I'll consider checking this out. My only reason is probably William Levy *drools* because I'm not even a fan of RE games. Always love to see Levy's performance outside telenovelas.

I like ANN's emphasis on "final" because they played that game with us when the third movie came out. This series is basically the Walking Dead in movie format. Been interesting but not really what I call a great series.

Makes sense, the RE movies feel a lot like a live action anime with zombies.
Anyway, any news on the Live action series? Ss that still planed to be a thing?

Promises, promises...

(What'd I tell ya?)
And the only reason we've gotten so many isn't the game, it's because Sony thinks in terms of "Iconic genre franchises", and outside of the Spiderman movies, which they don't really have for their own anymore, Resident Evil was the one Iconic Genre Franchise they could put up every year and stamp "ACTION MOVIE" on, like Universal with the Fast & Furious movies, or Paramount with the Mission: Impossibles.
For a while, it was either this or stretching "Underworld" out to kingdom come.

I honestly thought the films were pretty bad. But I still enjoyed them so I'll probably see this one too.

Thought the first RE movie was ok but then when down hill fast with each new movie. The story line they came up with for the movies has just spiraled out of control and I'll be glad once its over. Maybe one day we'll get a good reboot of the franchise.
