Episode 1:
Damn, that was great. The OP song is among one of my favorites now of this season with the stylistic artwork and choreography. It's interesting to see Mira expressing human behavior despite being a robot. I want to know more about her past with Dr Yurizaki. Also, the action was neat too and the MC is a badass. Looking forward to more for sure. Great episode. |

Hey, I actually really liked this. I expected a show with much technobabble, but that wasn't true at all. It only started with some story teller exposition in the first few scenes before the OP (with too ominous music in the background, it's a dystopia WE GET IT ALREADY).
Also: the earth looked like a soccer ball . Luckily it got better after that. The first episode got the job done in making us meet the badass main characters and like them, but there are plenty of questions (where to begin?) that need to be answered. I dig the female robot. She's got plenty of sex appeal for male (+lesbian/bi female) viewers, but she's not over the top and she can kick ass. I wonder what is driving Kyouma into doing this line of job. It looks like he's just being disgruntled and has to learn to find his goal in life again. The show has similarities to Psycho Pass, with its futuristic dystopia story. The first episode is quite straightforward and easy to understand, which I believe is a good thing. The next episodes will truly make or break the story (as always). It's a good start, but who knows if the ideas underneath the 4th dimension thing are actually well thought out or just a silly excuse for some action and character interaction. I hope the robot thing, together with the new electricity abilities, will give room for some philosophical discussion too. Also, that dance in the OP is totally awesome and funny. The car animation too. |

That OP was obviously done by Umetsu (Kite, Mezzo Forte, recent shows we don't like to mention) and it's a very good match. If any production company were to trust him to the direction of an entire show again, it's the sort of show he would do.

Episode 1
Probably my favorite first episode of the season. The fights were done really well and were fun to watch, the soundtrack was great, I like human-like robots, I like guys blowing themselves up because a company murdered their family, and I even liked the fanservice. |

This is hands down the better series this season that features an all too human machine.
At the same time, it is still a slow start and hopefully the follow up episodes have a little bit more intrigue in this world. |

Hmm... don't know what to think about this one.
It's different yet feels familiar. Certainly has potential. Nice animation too. Will try a few episodes. |

episode one
So, Dr. Yurizaki's special coil was sort of a let down. I was sort of hoping for something that would disrupt the global power grid and change up the setting, but it only seemed to take out the coils within a relatively small radius. Plus, despite being hurled away like a rag doll, I'm sure that annoying Albert fellow is still alive. |

Episode 2:
Another solid episode. Kyouma kicking some ass with his usual fighting style while dealing with illegal activity in their city. We also find out a little bit more about Mira as she is accepted into the team. I think her neat outfit is fine and I find it funny at how she tries to dismiss the fact that she is a robot. OP song is still my favorite this season and the OST is neat too. I hope the show continuously maintain this momentum. And Loser was also a cool character imo this episode. |

Like the OP song... pretty cool.
Reminds me of the one from Gangsta. anime. I get the spoiler[New Tesla conspiracy], but what's up with spoiler[Loser]? LOL Looks like it's all connected in some way.. Kyouma sure is impressive! I'm still interested, so I'm gonna give it one more episode before final decision. |

episode two
I continued to be really frustrated by the action sequences. There's good ideas behind them, but they're just cut up and framed in a way that drains the sense of motion and space out of them. The show is kind of awkward child, overall, too. The whole pigeons thing is just explained after the fact. Then there's the middle-of-an-action-sequence exposition rambles. On the plus side, Loser was fun. I'm kind of wishing the show as about him. He's certainly more interesting than our protagonists. |

Decent episode this week. I personally liked the previous two better though. And on another note, we see Mira getting a new home of her own.
The world building is nice although there's a lack of action this week. I got a feeling the serious pacing will pick up again soon with that ending. Btw, I did notice this skipped some parts but I'm still satisfied with what it presented. |
