Can someone explain why this KOEI title has this Yukimura Sanada resembling his Sengoku Basara, a Capcom title, version?

Considering Samurai Warriors came out earlier, I think you'd like to ask an opposite question 
And answer will be because Yukimura looks pretty much the same in almost all of his appearances, just like Nobunaga. Only personality tends to have differences. |

Although Samurai Warriors came out before Sengoku Basara, I hope Capcom doesn't find an excuse to sue Tecmo Koei again (the last lawsuit was ridiculous) using this anime adaptation of Samurai Warriors as an excuse to "leech" the money out of Koei Tecmo. |
