Any good reason why we barely see Shining games getting international release?

This could be a first. Folks have been pining over Tony Taka's work for years, like Urushihara. But this is good news. Now can we get one Idolmaster game as well.

Hopefully this gets a U.S. release, but knowing Sega it probably won't.

The IdolM@ster Shiny Festa is on iOS. You could get it, but its terribly, terribly expensive.

The lastest game is Shining Ark released on PSP in 2013. Not Shining Blade.

Regardless that game has zero chance of being localized here.

Hmm, I was wondering when Sega going to release a new Shining (Blade Arcus doesn't count) game since the last 3 got release one for each year. So this time it's a PS3 game, that breaks the tradition of last Shining/Tony games on the PSP. This one might have a chance to get localized.
As for the last Shining games not getting a Western release, mostly because they were PSP and probably because they wouldn't be welcome. Old-time Shining fans detest the new ones mostly because they are more Otaku-oriented, and Tony's same face. But for the most part, I enjoyed Shining Blade and Ark (though never got to clear Ark) so I will looking forward to this one.
Also, the girl's name is Kirika not Kiriha.

I just wish Sega would just play these games straight. Last game I loved was Shining Tears. But then we got a game about bread, and now a music game? Just stick to hack n slash fantasy rpg making.

But Atlus did say they may have access to Sega titles. A title like this is in Atlus's wheelhouse.
