spoiler[Damn, Yosen guys were really determined to win. It was definitely a battle of skills and determination. Seirin is behind on the score board. Things aren't looking good for them.. Kagami was amazing this time, like epic amazing! He surpassed Murasakibara and his previous self. Just where did he find the strength for it all? Awesome! Kagami was pretty much a one-man-team. I'm totally impressed. Great episode!] |

Oh, The Zone again. They talk about it like it's the Mount Sinai where you chat with God about basketball, but it's hard to take the concept seriously when it's a talking point for 5 Hour Energy.
So it seems to me that Yosen is the strongest team so far. All the other teams have one GenMir player running the show, with a couple of decent backers, while Seiren has its Phantom and a wouldabeen, plus a whole crew of better than decent players. But pretty much everyone on Yosen is a monster player, not to mention gigantic, except Murasakibara, who is just huge, not super-skilled like you'd expect from a GenMir alumnus. Is next week the end of this season? I'm still wondering what magenta-boy will bring to the festivities. The only skill we've seen from him so far is an evil manipulative aura. Maybe he's secretly a Fanalis.

Awwww he started crying. I gave this a Very Good. This arcade basketball game was fun to watch. The semifinals should be good when the 3rd season comes out in a year or so.

#25 Final
spoiler[Murasakibara almost giving up was priceless! Shame it didn't really happen.. This game went to a whole new level again. Kagami was on fire!! The score was pretty tight and the atmosphere was intense. It's incredible how much Kagami has evolved. This season was awesome and full of great games. Looking forward to a 3rd season ^^ Since it ended in the middle of Winter Cup there's gonna be one for sure!] |

I could just hear Kuroko saying, "I'll be waiting for you" at the end.
Any normal team would have just run the clock down. I think a good eighth of this episode was dumbfounded reaction shots. But I enjoyed every minute of it. So...another 50 episodes to get wrap the Winter Cup? |

Shame we didn't get to see spoiler[Akashi play this season despite his flashy entrance earlier in one of the episodes with his scissors. Oh well, looking forward to another season in the future. Grats Seirin on their victory of course. Very well deserved.]

This came out bundled with the BD/DVD volume 8. spoiler[Kise's modelling career. Guess that's what he was up to before devoting himself to basketball. All of them sure were huge for middle schoolers.. So this is how the best of the best came together as a team. It was nice seeing all of them on the same side. Kuroko was not as impressive when compared to others.. Well, Kise sure joined the the first string fast. Little ice-cream adventure was fun ^^ It was fun watching Kise's confused face about Kuroko being a regular. He realized why soon enough. Teiko vs Komagi game showed what Kuroko does best ^^ Very nice episode that filled some gaps.] |

Ok, while I remembered I've updated this to include the 3rd season.
For anyone not knowing yet, it airs Saturday night/Sunday morning, which is Saturday at some point for most people. Hasn't been confirmed yet as Crunchyroll's show yet I don't believe, but they did air the last 2 seasons so they should pick this one up as well. |

Season 3 - Episode 1
spoiler[And so we continue where we left off last time.. Even magazines have started to notice our team. That interview was just a way to do a recap. A new dangerous character makes an appearance. Looks like it's a blast from the past. That guy should make things more interesting in the future.] Will be watching this like all the previous seasons ^^ |

The spoiler[recap felt a bit long imo]. I know it had some comedy flavors to it but still spoiler[felt a bit long for half an episode.] Overall tension was good though with the momentum it was building.
Next time, we'll get to see spoiler[Kise play so that should be a match to look forward to.] |

The game was intense, but enjoyable. Shougo's older look/hair style was way cooler than this one. Wonder why they changed it.. Kise is gonna have to overcome himself to win this thing.] |
