I would really love to see a continuation of the anime. I have not read the manga yet, but it looks like I might have too.

Called it. The time skip, that is.
However, since this series lost many many readers in the last couple of years, all that's left is to see whether it'll be handled like the middle school arc (comedy action with slow plot developing) or a brief introduction then an instant spoiler[all out war] leading to a decent ending.
/me shivers when "The Unlimited" comes to mind

I want a proper second season animated by Synergy, not that Manglobe Fujoshi fest... And 10th anniversary! This could be the trigger! I've just been waiting for 6 years... |

Well, if nothing else they have the 10th year anniversary and a completed middle school arc. If it ever happens this year would be the time.
I think most readers were expecting a time skip at this point. I really don't know what happened to the manga in the last two years or so...so many chapters that were just flashbacks, comments on flashbacks and blatant stalling. I'm sure the anime played a part but I'm really hoping the last arc will be able to stay focused until the end. |
