When I try to send a PM why does it say "Sorry, but the administrator has prevented you from sending private messages"

You three all joined today and immediately try to send PMs rather than post in the forums. In fact, the only post each of you have made is to complain in this thread. The kicker is that all three posts in the thread came in relatively quick succession, with a mere four minutes between the second and third posts.
Quite suspicious. |

Actually I'm the one who posted these. In order to fix a bug I had to login as these users and post something in the forum. The PM problem is fixed now, too.
