Hoo-ray. But yes, it is nice to see Berserk, RahXehphon, and Kenshin in stores. Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million have been sucking away my paycheck for some time now. I guess now they'll just take more money from me.

I saw it when I was shopping two days ago and nearly cried when I realized I'd already spent my money, then I reminded myself of that evil *ahem* creature, Kaoru, and was perfectly happy with my Haibane Renmei DVD, Gundam Wing: Battlefield of Pacifists, Fake vol. 4, and Trigun vol. 1 manga, along with a Kuro Neko plushie, some pocky, and a sweater. But yeah, next time I make my anime rounds, I'll probably pick it up, even though I loathe Miss Kaoru.

So what's the skinny on the Kenshin manga? Flipped or unflipped? Translated sound effects or untampered artwork? Do they use full Japanese names (Kamiya Kasshin Ryu, Hitokiri Battousai) or do they use half-translated ones (Kamiya Kasshin Style, Battousai the Assassin/Manslayer)?

Already? damnit, why did I buy that Panasonic AV Reciever.
I would like to know where you found it. I haven't bought anything related to anime/manga in a while.

Unflipped. Kamiya Kasshin-Ryu. Hitokiri Battousai.
I enjoyed the "End of Volume 1 Special" at the end of this too.

Sound effects are translated. But, really, it didn't detract from the artwork/story at all.

Coolness. Now let's hope they're able to churn out the whole thing in two years or less.

Same here. I thought it wasn't coming out for at least a month. I was just browsing the book shelves and then....SHOCK.... I got mine at a Borders. It has a huge selection of manga. Two rows! That's a selection twice as large as my anime store. They had 10 copies of the Kenshin title.
They also had 5 copies of the Trigun manga. That's one fat book.

grrrr. I don't have an accessable place down here I guess I'll need to search waldenbooks. I don't even know if they have a manga section. the only place I've seen manga is suncoast and Gamestop, formerly called BAbbages.

WAAAH!!!!
The comic book store that I go doesn't have it.
I should go to Barnes and Noble or Waldenbooks because the comic books store that I go is sometimes untrustful.
