Elfen Lied OVA
Green Green OVA
Love Hina Again OVA

where can I find these, other than ebay? (I tried...but they had to be shipped from Japan.)

Love Hina Again can be found pretty much anywhere, though you might have to get it as part of the "Love Hina Movies" Anime Legends package. The Green Green OVA ("Erolutions") and the Elfen Lied OVA, on the other hand, have not been released on DVD in North America. You'll have to import for those if you want DVDs, or else find them via "alternative" means that can't be detailed on these forums.
