Damn this sounds like something I'd definitely give a shot at. Hope it will be decent though!

Did you mean October 26?

If its anything like Attack on Titan, which I will be ,it should be well worth a pick up when it gets an English release. I'm hoping that that this is a prequel with the name "Before the Fall" but by the looks of the gear he's wearing it appears it may run alongside the current series.

Probably not, magazine dating is odd.

Wow fair enough, I read it for a second time in a different context and they would release an October issue in August? Baffling but if it works for them.

Typically magazines run a month earlier than the date on them. I guess the 26th is close enough.

Ehhhhhhh? The Trinity Blood manga left something to be desired imo. I'm concerned about the layouts' clarity but I'm very much interested in a prequel so I'll give this one a try. *crosses fingers*

As a massive Attack on Titan fan, I kind of hate this. It's like everyone is just trying to jump onto the latest money-making bandwagon just for the sake of feeding off Isayama's talent and efforts so far with some half-assed idea.
Of course, I'll reserve actual judgment for until I actually read this, but for now that's exactly how it feels.

Weird...I thought the spin-off manga is based on the light novel, "Before the fall"? So shouldn't the writer be Suzukaze Ryo? With Satoshi Shiki doing the art for the manga while Thores Shibamoto is just credited for the character designs?

THORES Shibamoto is credited as the original character designer for the manga, as he provided the illustrations for the light novel series the manga is based on, but he will not be drawing the manga. Satoshi Shiki alone is drawing the actual manga. We have updated our article to make this clearer, and we apologize for the confusion.

Yes this is correct. We updated the article to correct the information and to add in more information about the original light novels. We apologize for the confusion.

This is an interesting piece of news. Well, better to jump on it now while the series is still a success. But it be interesting to see where this story lies.
Good to know.
