Big up to James in legal for that one.
Though we hear people are confused about what we can't air.

I find it interesting that they will say that these episodes are completely unedited. (Not that I doubt them, of course ) Especially since there is no way of checking them out (the DVDs, for these episodes, are not out yet).
Just a thought

heh...well they are lying if you count the fact that they cut the opening as an edit...saw that too, thought it was funny...hopefully other than the opening nothing will be cut...

I saw that too. I thought it was interesting. Did you notice that another one of the things they put was something about inuyasha having cat ears...it's dog ears isn't it? Anyway, just happy that inuyasha's back on.

I think they were referring that the new Inuyasha episodes were not censored on content like Toonami used to be.
The OP's are cut IIRC for time editing reasons.
But I'm just happy to see more of Sango.

Ya, they did say something about Inuyasha and cat ears... although I can't remember exactly how it went. I know they're technically dog ears, but you gotta admit, they *do* look like cat ears.

So far my favorite "Inuyasha" card was the secret to Inuyasha's power:
Bright red MC Hammer pants.
Sure, they're called hakama, but it was still funny. I don't know how they can top that one.

When they talk about edits they mean the show itself, excluding openings, endings, and bumpers. It's also entirely visual, audio edits can just be seen as a translation preference.

I liked the card about Naraku being bad. I don't remember what exactly what it said, but I know it ripped R. Kelly at the end.

It went something like this:
Quote: | That Naraku is bad. Like "Gigli" bad.
Like "Cool as Ice" bad.
Like R. Kelly bad. |

Yes, and then didn't it say something after the "like R. Kelly bad" part...something like..."well maybe not that bad" I thought that was pretty funny, almost as funny as the MC Hammer pants one.

I have been watching inuyasha for a few months now, mostly through the dvd's and the internet (the dvd's for those ep aren't out yet give me some credit) well I am personally used to the japanese voices and such. Call me overcritical but the english dub voices are driving me insane, I honestly don't think any of them truly fit the character that well. Anyway I was wondering why they weren't showing the opening, time edit reasons would explain it. Also last night (technicly morning but on the morning of 8/27 12:00-12:30 etc) I swear that is an entirely new episode that was no aired in japan. I need to check through the eps I have but I never believe I saw an ep like that. Correct me if i'm wrong please. And my friend (who i got into IY) also says they look like cat ears and was convinced they were at first.

From what I can tell from looking at various websites and such, episode 38 was shown in Japan. I haven't seen anything that states that it wasn't. The only thing is that the title on CN was "Two Hearts, One Mind" and other places list it as "The two feelings connected after the separation."

DUB HATER! DUB HATER! DUB HATER! lol I'm kiddin of course. I haven't seen the show in japanese, but I have the PS1 game and I think the only voice that really doesn't work is Koga's. But then again, I haven't done any major testing heh heh.......

I actually like the sound of a ruggid Duo coming out of Koga. I love Duo, and it makes Koga sounds hot //^-^\\
