she's impure so she's obviously not even taken into consideration anymore.

Yui Ogura at 22 is a fine start, especially when you consider that she has only had a few major roles, let alone making her major debut last year. Haruka Tomatsu at 5 is also nice to see.
It seems that once you get past #35, the list just got random and the creator ran out of names as I'm sure there are other big names not mentioned.
Eri Kitamura at #3 is quite surprising, though this could be a result of Nisemonogatari recently along with her recent rise in roles. Other than that, this list sounds about accurate right now.

Glad Hanazawa and Mizuki are on there. Disappointing that Maaya Sakamoto's 23 though.
Though I find the lack Haruna Ikezawa disturbing. I'm assuming Japan doesn't share my love for PROIST and Aoi Hidaka? Can't say I'm not surprised.
Glad to see Rie up there. Favorite role of hers was definitely Shuri from Asura Cryin.

Disappointed that Inoue Marina isn't on the list. Then again, I'm not sure she has had any roles since Haganai.

Yay go Kana!
Huh, why is Ami Koshimizu not on the top 10?

Sawashiro Miyuki is definitely one of my favs so I'm glad she got the top vote. Her role as Kanbaru and Milla Maxwell are great.

Nice, Kitamura top 3. Not surprising that the top 3 are very flexible with their voices.

Anything without Megumi Hayashibara listed is fail, such as this poll.
She is one of the best ones out there IMHO.

Coincidentally, the top 3 all had roles in Black Rock Shooter (TV), and their voice acting in episode 2 during the hospital scene was one of the best in recent memory, especially Eri's part.
That said, as much as I love Kana's work (she's definitely one of my favourites), I would like to see her play an adult character with a deeper voice just to see what she can do.

God dammit, Rie, you're not a good seiyuu! (is shot)
Surprised to see Wakabayashi up there at all. Just glad to see my favorite seiyuu, Kaori Nazuka, and another fave, Rina Satou, up there. Sad not to see my other two, Michiko Neya (Jun Tao in Shaman King) and Satomi Arai (Coco in Mermaid Melody).
