i heard that toei is doing the dvd does that mean it's uncut or changed a little and will there ever be a uncut dvd release becuase 4kids said there would be an uncut release.

Nope. The DVD being released is the TV edit which excises over 30 episodes worth of material. As far as we know, there is no uncut version being produced.

4Kids did say there would be an uncut release, but then hypocritical "fans" complained that they shouldn't have to pay for it, so 4Kids basically said "Screw you," and cancelled it. They probably would've discontinued it anyway so they could devote their time to butchering a new anime, anyway.

4kids looses on a potential Goldmine, Anime fans screwed themseleves with such comments.

I wouldn't expect people to pay for 4kids total lack of common sense or intelligence when it came to the [expletive] disgrace that were the uncut DVDs.
